The Welsh Venison Centre

The Welsh Venison Centre is in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park close to the village of Bwlch in the beautiful county of Powys. A family firm established in 1985 by David Morgan, it is now run by his brother Andrew and his wife Elaine who keep the whole operation under their close supervision.

The Welsh Venison Centre's policy has always reflected that of the new generation of farmers who insist on putting the customer first - superb animal husbandry and the highest standards of animal welfare are very important, but from the onset, the business appreciated that unless the end product met the expectations of the most discerning customer it would not be a success.

The Welsh Venison Centre was the first to become accredited as both a farm and processing unit under the Quality Mark for Farmed Venison, rewarding their commitment to high standards of animal welfare and meat processing.
