Art @ Oriel Jones is a vibrant, thriving arts centre in Monmouth providing not only a comprehensive art shop but also a gallery showcasing local art and craft and a studio space where we are able to provide a variety of art and craft courses.
Art Shop: Our comprehensive art shop provides an excellent shopping experience. All the staff are artists, with different specialisms from, and we are always happy to help!
Art Gallery: Our Gallery Space showcases work by local artists including artist proprietor Jo Booth.
Our current exhibition features Made in Monmouthshire Artists: Anthony Skates, Annette Yates, Calwyn Galstonbury, Gillian Horsfield, Jan Thompson.
Art Courses: We provide a comprehensive range of art courses. We are currently able to offer courses or workshops in the following:

We run a Monday Morning Art Club between 10am -12 noon for all ages and abilities.The club is run by a different artist each week with a different theme. The cost is £5 per session and includes delicious homemade cake.
We run a Drawing Club on Wednesdays with Marianne Seabright from 10am-1pm, £10 in tea and cake.
And from Tuesday 3rd of May we will be offering a Life Drawing Club from 10am-12 noon at a cost of £15 per session.
Just drop in, no need to book, we look forward to seeing you.
