Our Specialist Seafood Restaurant offering Many Types of Delicious Seafood such as:

• Full Lobster in lemon butter and dill sauce

• ‘Moules marinere’ - Fresh local mussels, steamed with a creamy white wine sauce

• Seafood soup

• Pan fried Plaice Florentine — Boneless fillet served on a bed of wilted spinach and coated with a caper buttersauce

• Boneless fillet of grilled sea bass, pan fried and served with crushed new potatoes and a dill dressing

• Pan fried fillet of cod served with a white cheese sauce served with mixed vegetables and new potatoes

• Poached salmon fillet, served with our homemade hollandaise sauce

The Iris Hotel Tea Room overlooks the beautiful view of Llandudno Promenade and the sea and is open from 11am - 5pm where we offer a wide range of cakes and scones, sandwiches and toasted sandwiches with tea, coffee and cold drinks.
