Our guests are invited to a pre-meal aperitif in the comfort of the lounge to relax whilst lingering over menu and wine choices. The restaurant itself is smart, modern and finished with the soft touches that make for an intimate atmosphere. Tasteful original artwork adorns the walls and provides a perfect backdrop to the elegance of the dining room as the food takes centre stage.

In designing his Michelin star menus James Sommerin masterfully combines original and contemporary flavours using fresh local produce to create a fine modern menu with classical French disciplines.

Our extensive wine list with over 200 bins, voted by Johansens as one of the top three in Britain in 2006, the 'AA Wine Award' overall winner for Wales in 2009 and Conde Nast, Johansens, Champagne Tattinger 'Small Hotels, Inns & Restaurants UK & Ireland 2010' Winelist of the Year, is the perfect accompaniment.
