Swedish Massage
This Treatment can be performed on the whole body but also can be adapted to suit the individual.

For instance those common tension areas in the neck, shoulders & back can be treated separately.

Swedish Massage can be invigorating, vibrant and exhilarating or calming and relaxing, and take away the rigours of everyday life. It helps your body to restore its natural sense of well-being.

Aromatherapy Massage
We will use a range of pre-blended, aromatic, essential oils to suit your needs.

You will receive therapeutic, hands on massage, which can be adapted to the way you feel.

Priadara Thai - Style massage
This massage combines traditional remedies with modern techniques. We will use deep massage with heated compresses full of natural ingredients.
The massage will help to remove the toxins and fluids which make us sluggish and lethargic, thus giving you a powerful and rejuvenating kick start.

Zone Therapy
This treatment relies on firm touch to the Pressure Points and Reflex Zones, which run throughout our bodies and detect any imbalances we may have within. It gives a wonderful relaxing feeling and afterwards a sense of well being swathes your whole body

Holistic Facials
This sensual Treatment is capable of letting your imagination drift, as you gently relax and unwind.
It is a customised Treatment, which will include skin preparation, skin analysis, exfoliation, and maybe a facemask if you so wish.
