Situated in the picturesque Village of Betws-y-Coed on the A5 on the lower slopes of the Gwydyr Forest,just a 8 to 10 minute walk to the centre of the Village.

The Village with its many shops and restaurants is a delight. Many lakes, waterfalls and old mine workings, as well as a large variety of plants and wildlife are there for the searching. A virtual paradise for walkers and artists alike. Beautiful scenic view points can be found in the hills above the village.

One of the most spectacular and popular waterfalls to be seen after rain the Swallow Falls, which can be found only two miles from the village along the A5 travelling west towards Capel Curig.
