Five star Lletty Cottage at Llansadwrn is a charming, self contained, beamed and fully equipped cottage for two. It is an annexe to the farmhouse of Yew Tree Farm which is a 200 year old stone Welsh farmhouse standing in six acres of land with sheep grazing in the field, moorhens and geese nesting on the pond and red kites and buzzards flying overhead.

The cottage is situated in the heart of Carmarthenshire countryside, within easy reach of the A40 main road and is a rural retreat between the towns of Llandeilo and Llandovery.

The cottage provides comfortable, high quality, self catering accommodation all year round. It has its own pretty garden and patio with fine views over the rest of the garden, the wonderful Carmarthenshire countryside and the Brecon Beacons.

The front door opens into the cosy, beamed, well furnished living room with wooden floors, comfortable chairs and sofa, TV, DVD, Freeview digital receiver and broad band connection available.
This leads to a fitted and fully equipped pine kitchen which includes a cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
In the adjacent dining area there is a pine table and chairs next to an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove. French doors lead out onto the patio area with table and chairs and a charming enclosed garden with lawn and flower beds, for the exclusive use of the holiday guests.

The downstairs bathroom has a cast iron bath, WC, separate shower, heated towel rail, shaving point and hand basin.
Upstairs, accessed by open plan stairs with spindles and newel posts rescued from a Welsh chapel, is a beamed galleried bedroom with a king sized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table.

A warm Welsh Llansadwrn welcome awaits all visitors plus a handy pack of:
Welsh cakes, a bottle of wine, milk, sugar, coffee and tea.
