The Anchorage is a detached, well-appointed, newly refurbished holiday cottage just 1 minute from Church Bay beach, the renowned seafood restaurant, the Lobster Pot, and the Wavecrest cafe . The Church Bay Inn is just a short walk away too. An ideal cottage for families and couples.

Church Bay is a wonderful area for family seaside holidays, with stretches of sandy beach, rock pools and glorious walks revealing wildlife, flora and fauna in abundant variety. Within walking distance of the property is the Anglesey Coastal Path,an opportunity to explore the diverse scenery of our coastline from stunning cliff tops where sea birds nest to long sandy beaches, to ancient and modern history, the coastal path encompasses it all.

Anglesey offers the visitor a range of activities from walking, fishing,sailing, rock climbing,abseiling, mountaineering and of course sight-seeing.

It's also the home of Prince William and his soon to be bride Kate Middleton. You can often see the air-see rescue helicopters practising out in Church Bay so bring your binoculars!

Enjoy a bracing out of season break or family fun by the sea in summer, Church Bay has the it all.

The stone-faced entrance porch houses the central heating boiler with plenty of coat hooks for drying and racks for wellies and shoes.

The sitting room has a jaunty nautical theme, with oak flooring and large navy blue and white striped comfortable sofas. The log burning stove is central to the room and completes the cosy atmosphere. A flat screen LCD TV with freeview and DVD is supplied. There are sea views to enjoy from this light and spacious room whatever the season.

To one end of the room is a large oak dining table, which seats eight with ease on solid oak chairs. This dining area leads via an archway to a well appointed kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker and breakfast bar. Just off the kitchen is a useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying space. A handy downstairs shower room with washbasin and toilet is ideal for the children fresh from an exhausting day at the beach

Stairs lead to the four bedrooms.
The first double room is carpeted and has modern solid oak furniture. It has full ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is flat screen LCD TV in this room.
This room has lovely views across the surrounding fields to the sea.

The second double room is carpeted and furnished with modern solid oak furniture. This room also has full ensuite with shower, washbasin and toilet. This room too has sea views.

In addition there is a family bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet for the use of the two twin bedded rooms.

The twin rooms are again carpeted and furnished with sympathetic modern furnishings. One has far reaching views across the fields.

Outside is a small self-contained garden with picnic table on the patio. There is ample parking and use of a lawned area for ball-games.

Sorry no pets are allowed into the property, however, we can provide an outside kennel on request.
