A Welsh stone cottage in a courtyard setting, built on the site of an apple orchard in the pretty village of Cwmdu in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Panoramic mountain views, comfortable accommodation, ideal for exploring the National Park - walking, bird watching or just relaxing.

Ideal for long or short breaks - Walkers and cyclists welcome

Its peaceful location and lovely views have given pleasure to visitors and friends who have stayed here over the past few years.

The Lounge has sofa and chairs, woodburning stove, electric storage heaters and French windows leading on to a small private garden.

CD , radio and TV.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner with a four ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine.

Downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs, two double bedrooms - bedlinen and towels provided.

Bathroom with shower over

Bar-B-Que and patio furniture

Garage useful for storing mountain bikes etc.

Poor mobile phone signal - landline available

The village of Cwmdu - 'Cwm Ddu' means 'Black Valley' - lies on the A479 about 3 miles north of the A40 turning and 8 miles south of Talgarth .
