This is an old cottage which sleeps 6 people and has been very recently renovated to the highest standard with all modern conveniences. Located close to Penmon bay, the property has fantastic views from the living room over to Puffin Island, Penmon bay and the mountains of Snowdonia.

The cottage is upside down and is entered on the first floor from the car parking area.

Upon entering the property the living accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. The master bedroom and main bath and shower room are also located on this floor. This property is ideal for those people with minor disbilities and walking difficulties.

The kitchen is very well equiped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher

Downstairs you will find another double bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet. There is also a twin bedroom with a television. All bedrooms have views over the garden and Penmon Bay.

Outside there is a decking area with wooden patio furniture and a large grassed garden with shrubs to the edges. The ideal location to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

The parking area is large enough to take three cars comfortably as well as a small boat, jet ski etc.

Area activities
Tan-y-Bryn is located about 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Beaumaris with it's beautiful castle and gaol, interesting shops and galleries and some of Anglesey's finest restaurants.

Tan-y-Bryn is situated on the outskirts of the quiet village of Llangoed with a well stocked shop and local pub. From the cottage you can enjoy some beautiful walks along the quiet country lanes with its hedgerows full of wild flowers.
