Ciderhouse Cottage

Our traditional converted stone and brick barn has been converted to retain many of its original features with exposed beams, slate floors and under-floor heating giving an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. The cottage is tastefully furnished with down duvets and welsh wool blankets making your stay extra special.
Accommodation: double/family room with wet room en suite, two twin bedrooms, additional bathroom, open plan kitchen/sitting area.

We are only 5 miles from the medieval, bustling town of Monmouth with its quality shops and are skirted by the beautiful Wye Valley and Black Mountains/Brecon Beacons.

Visit the magnificent border castles nearby including The Three Castles which links the Norman castles of Skenfrith, Whitecastle and Grosmont.

Many outdoor sports are on offer including water sports on the River Wye and cyling the 'Peregrine Trail' alongside the Wye from Monmouth to Symonds Yat (cylce hire available in Monmouth). Pony trekking and walking is available in the Black Mountains. There are numerous other walks in the area including Offa's Dyke which is just 1.5 miles away and individually tailored walks from the farm. For golfers the famous Rolls of Monmouth Golf Club is just down the road.
