
Neath is an historic market town situated in South Wales 40 miles west of Cardiff and just to the east of Swansea.
It is close to the Southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Gower coast. With it's Norman Castle, Roman remains, medieval history, industrial heritage all combined with the stunning countryside makes it a great destination

Well worth a visit are the remains of the Norman Castle in the heart of the town, Victoria Gardens, Margam Country Park, Gnoll Gardens, Neath Abbey, Neath and Tennant canals for some great walks, and the surrounding countryside.
Now world renowned for its World Class mountain biking in Afan Forest Park this is the place to visit if you're into your biking. Also becoming famous for its outdoor activities such as surfing at Aberavon beach and gorge walking at the Head of the Neath Valley.
